The atmosphere of the Earth retains heat partly that the sun brings to him, and have a globalwarming, it is the awareness2007. According to the third evaluation report of the GIEC, founded in 1988 by the United Nations under the double American and British impulse and whose results constitute since the engine of the international negotiations: it is certain that the carbon dioxide concentrations in the atmosphere have reached levels ever seen for 420.000 years and evolve/move for two centuries at a speed ever recorded for 20.000 years [1]; the speed of the phenomenon observed (more than one half-degree in one century on the sphere, thera are a globalwarming) and awaited (of 1,4°C at best with 5,8°C moreover, on average total, into 2100) is hundred times higher than the naturally printed variations with the climate of the Earth by its parameters astronomical and translated in alternations between glacial and interglacial eras (a few degrees in 10.000 years each time); it is practically certain (more than 99% of probability) that emitted fossil CO2 will influence in a determining way the CO2 concentrations of the atmosphere, in front of any other source, during all the 21st century: if the annual average temperature of the sphere can rise from here 2100 of 1,4°C with 5,8°C, the third with a small half of this variation comes from uncertainties on operations planetary biophysics, all the remainder depends on the policies which will be adopted in the very next decades by humanity; it is very probable, and our awareness2007 say(from 90 to 99% of probability) that the climatic disordered state will cause longer and more intense heatwaves and globalwarming, with a particular rise in the night temperatures; it is very probable (from 90 to 99% of probability) that increasingly intense precipitations and especially increasingly variable one year on the other will follow, in particular in the average latitudes.
