You know, I can’t live without coffee. But I hate coffee that can be bought in special “corner mashines” as the product you receive after all it is not even a slight coffee resemblance. I adore natual coffee and even instant one is not such a wonderful idea to me at the moment. I’m perfectly aware that drinking more that 1 cup of coffee a day is at least not too good for one’s health but I can’t help it and continue drinking it whatever I’m doing: hanging out with my friends, reading newspaper, working or studying. My body needs coffee as well as my brain. Sometimes I even think that it won’t properly work if I do not consume a cup of cappuchino or espresso.
Yet there are situations when coffee is unreacheable or I have drunk so much of it that I can not look at coffee anymore without a vomit instinct. Is there any replacement for this situation? Sure! Finest green tea that can be bought absolutely everywhere. Why have I chosen just green tea and not black tea or Oolong tea? The idea is the following: green tea contains practically the same number of antioxidants and the level of caffeine quite enough to pep me up for a day!
For sure, any kind of even a gourmet tea can’t replace my lovely drink, The Drink, I must say. Some scientists even claim that they have found special substances that only coffee contains that kill cancer cells in their first stage. This is rather a disputable moment but, anyway, at least no one else continues to claim the awful potential consequences that might come out from an excessive use of coffee. Yea, an excessive use of anything is wrong - one should just know when enough is enough.
